Design

In 2020, when the Hawaiʻi wedding and event industry came to a sudden halt because of the pandemic, I made a bold pivot. With a heart for transformation and a deep-rooted entrepreneurial spirit, I stepped into a new venture: home renovation and real estate investment. Alongside my partner, we purchased our first property in Muskegon, Michigan—a distressed home we thoughtfully restored and later sold for double our initial investment. It was my first taste of extra-ordinary building and value through vision, grit, and design.

That experience sparked a passion that carried me to West Point, Mississippi, where I redesigned two historic homes over 100 years old. From there, I found myself in New Braunfels, Texas, where I led and completed multiple residential design projects between 2022 and early 2024. This journey not only sharpened my eye for spatial transformation and functional design—it laid the foundation for my current calling: rebuilding in Lahaina. After the devastating fires of August 8, 2023, everything shifted. This isn’t just where I live—it’s where I’m meant to build.

Today, I’m fully focused on serving the Lahaina community through thoughtful design, home rehabilitation, and construction leadership that is rooted in integrity and is the Betsill family way. I am passionate about working alongside families who share a vision for rebuilding with care, intention, and respect for the legacy of our town.

This is more than construction—it’s restoration of hope, heritage, and home.
