Design with Purpose. Restoration with Heart.

In 2020, when the Hawaiʻi wedding and event industry came to an unexpected standstill, my late husband and I embraced an opportunity to reinvent ourselves. Drawing on our entrepreneurial backgrounds, creativity, and shared passion for transforming spaces, we ventured into residential renovation, design, and real estate investment.

Our journey began in Muskegon, Michigan, where we purchased and transformed a distressed property, ultimately selling it for twice our initial investment. That first project revealed something extraordinary to me: the potential to see beyond what a property is and envision what it could become.

What began as an investment quickly grew into a passion.

Our journey continued to West Point, Mississippi, where we had the privilege of reimagining two historic homes, each more than a century old. Preserving their architectural character while introducing thoughtful, modern improvements deepened my appreciation for the relationship between history, functionality, and design.

From 2022 through early 2024, we expanded our experience in New Braunfels, Texas, leading multiple residential renovation and design projects. Each home presented a new opportunity to combine creativity, practical solutions, and attention to detail while bringing a unique vision to life.

But my heart has always been in Lahaina.

Following the devastating wildfires of August 8, 2023, my perspective on design and construction took on an even deeper meaning. Rebuilding is no longer simply about improving properties. It's about restoring homes, preserving history, and helping families create a new chapter while honoring the past.

Today, through Lorrie & Co., I bring my experience in design, renovation, project coordination, and entrepreneurship to the community I proudly call home. Guided by the values of integrity, hard work, and service that have long defined who I am, my approach is rooted in collaboration, thoughtful planning, and genuine care for the people behind every project.

Because great design is about more than beautiful spaces. It's about creating places where life happens and human beings connect.
